New Construction consisting of Tilt-Wall exterior wall panels cast on site, structural steel infrastructure, 24' clear height. Scope included complete project development, design, permits, construction.
Beckley's RV
5,000/SF in Federick MD
New construction of RV storage preparation building. Scope consists of development assistance, permitting, and construction, including shell construction management, complete interior fit-out, coordination of specialized vehicle wash bay equipment.

Thomas Scott Salon
Frederick MD
New 6,000/SF location at the Frederick Shopping Center. Scope of work included design, permitting, demolition and construction. A very exciting project to be part of because there were so many different areas to create, including hair stylist stations, nail salon area, color bar, product sales and personal spa areas.
City Electric
Frederick MD
Construction of City Electric’s new 2,000/SF sales and distribution facility that includes sales area, transaction counter, interior construction and finishes.
JT Motorsports
Frederick MD
Interior renovation to convert previously existing truck shop to the new home of JT Motorsport Motorcycle and ATV sales and service center. Scope included design, development and construction of 8,700/SF of new sales area and 6,875/SF of new service area. This was definitely one of our favorite projects. Our new home! An exciting project to resurrect this 180 year old building, including structural upgrades, all new utilities, new ADA bathrooms, offices, and a main gathering room. It was a pleasant challenge to incorporate modern code requirements and technology and maintain the well-established personality and charm.
Community Settlements
Frederick MD
Another new complete tenant fit-out in the historical Union Mills building. 2600 SQ/FT of Class A office improvements included mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, plumbing and multiple offices. All details of the project were thoughtfully considered to highlight and maintain the integrity of the building.
ArachnidWorks
Frederick MD
A fun and challenging time converting an old historical industrial building at a great location on Carroll Creek into ArachnidWorks new home. It was an aggressive schedule to meet as well as creating a balance between maintaining the industrial character of the building while incorporating modern conveniences.
Clark Computer Services
Frederick, MD
Converted an existing 4,000/SF vacant space to meet the needs of Clark Computer Services new main office located the Thomas Johnson Shopping Center. Scope included selective demolition, new ADA bathroom, walls, ceilings and finishes.
Palermo Insurance/GEICO
Frederick MD
A “blank slate” of approximately 2400/SF turned into a great new office space. Construction included interior walls, electrical, paint and wall covering, misc. finishes, and updated bathroom fixtures.

Coordination and construction of new 22,500/SF hi-production mill work and decorative metals shop. Scope included design, permitting, logistical coordination of shop function and layout, construction, dust collection system, heavy electrical service and utilities to all equipment, complete.
Ring Container
Hagerstown MD
Construction of the newest hi-tech container manufacturing facility on the east coast. Scope of work included construction of 1,200/LF structural lite guage, 40' high separation wall, office area, full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition of previous tenant space including 5,000/SF of mezzanine. Successful challenges included an aggressive schedule and close coordination of work with other specialty trades to achieve critical manufacturing start-up date.
CHEP Pallet
Hagerstown MD
Design, permitting, coordination and construction of the new CHEP Pallet 150,000/SF manufacturing facility including electrical service heavy upgrade, renovation of office area, new ADA toilet rooms, sprinkler system ESFR upgrade, truck dock upgrades, equipment installation coordination and heavy mechanical upgrades. Successful challenges included building Owner and Tenant scope approval and coordination, condensed aggressive schedule with efforts to minimize production downtime, County Fire Marshal and inspection coordination and utility trench rock remediation. CBC completed this project ahead of schedule.

Steinhardt Brewing Co.

3,600/SF brewery including brewing area, bar and tasting area. This project is located in the historical Union Mills building. This building has a long history of manufacturing, and has been converted to new office, retail and brewery spaces. CBC worked hard to incorporate the charm and history of this building into the design of Steinhardt Brewing.

This project included complete concept budgeting, design, permitting and construction of a distillery and tasting room.

This 6,000 expansion called "The Barrel House" is designed to accommodate large events, wood barrel product storage, seating and bar area. Scope included new walls, concrete floor grind and seal, exterior windows, construction of bar, electrical, sprinkler, finishes and complete project supervision and management.

FoodPro
Frederick, MD
A challenging project with an aggressive schedule and maintaining full function of FoodPro's business during construction. The scope of work included project coordination, interior demolition, new walls, ceilings and finishes. There were miscellaneous specialty and support work for their commercial training kitchen, group training room and new administrative offices. This project was completed on time and with minimal impact on the facilities daily operation.

CBC is excited to be “raising from the ashes” this beloved Frederick institution! Due to the severity of the damage to the original structure, we consider this project a ground-up rebuild. We will be sure to honor the original restaurant, but with a solid new structure, all new utilities, and a clean and fresh interior.

Seventh Day Adventist
Columbia MD
Construction of a new mechanical room addition and data facility for the Seventh Day Adventist Heath Care system at their North American Division headquarters. The project included demolition of the existing facility, turn-key construction services and management for the data center, and construction of housing structure for a new heavy mechanical cooling system.

SCIF and Office
Annapolis Junction MD
Approximately 6,000/SF new office space with scope consisting of development assistance, design, permitting and construction and construction management of 3,000/SF SCIF area. Office area construction included an elevator installation, relocation of heavy utilities, full mechanical and interior build. SCIF included new modular unit and all supporting utilities. This interesting and unique project was challenging due to the sensitivity and features of the supporting system.

A complete interior build out from gravel floor to gorgeous fitness space! 3765/SF of work including electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and HVAC. Construction of 2 ADA bathrooms, office, child watch center, paint and finishes, a custom raised, spring floor.

A new build and two complete renovations of Anytime Fitness centers which included demo, new HVAC, electric, plumbing and all training areas. These challenging projects required adherence to strict design and schedule guidelines, as well as not interfering with daily operations.
